We went there for The Lunatic Ball all inclusive concert experience and loved every minute of it! Everything we needed was at hand. except for the couple times we needed to go out to dinner. However, if we wanted to get groceries and eat every single night, we would’ve been able to do so - and we did a couple nights. Hope to book the same room next year for The Lunatic Ball II.

stay at ariel dunes ii
Overall Comment
The location is great. However, the aplliances and furniture need updating. We have stayed in other condos at the Ariel Dunes (I & II) and the furniture and appliances were much nicer.

miramar beach vacation

The rental was nice but needs several updates. The dryer needs to be updated because the lint filter is bent and allows the lint to
collect in the drum and is clogging the holes which is a fire hazard! The kitchen sink drain started
leaking the pillows need replaced.
Overall it was clean but there are updates needed to get a better rating.

We stayed for 4 nights. The view from our balcony looking to the beach was beautiful. Overall great location and about 10 mins walk to the beach. The condo was clean, but i wish there was more than one roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags for use, and a small bottle of dish soap available for a 4 nights stay to use. There was no hair dryer to use as well. Be sure to pack that. Overall i would stay again.

We've stayed at Seascape several times, but this was our first time staying at Ariel Dunes II. As usual, we had a lovely time during our stay. The condo was clean, in good condition, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The Seascape property is quiet, well-maintained, and secure. I always appreciate that the other guests/owners are friendly and considerate.

Enjoyed our stay there and appreciated the quick easy access to Miramar beach! Our view was amazing from our balcony and the breeze felt so nice! We were there for a baseball tournament and it was a convenient place to stay thats close to both complexes. The only thing I recommend is providing more trash bags for trash when ppl stay for longer than 2 days! The kitchen only had 1 extra bag and the bathrooms had none! Thankfully I had Walmart bags to use for those and the extra trash we had in the kitchen. Other than that, great place!

We had a great time! Had a beautiful view of the ocean and so close/walkable to the concert venue we were attending. Down-side was that they did not have the basics - dish soap, backup toilet paper and paper towel, salt & pepper, laundry detergent, extra trash bags, etc.

Really enjoyed room but feel a few things need to be addressed. Paint in living area is very scratched and dirty and need to be repainted. The room needs a decent chair to sit in. The ones that r there r broken down and very uncomfortable. The dining room chairs are very stained. 2107 Ariel dunes II

The condo itself has a very nice set up. The views are amazing. The wood furniture in it is very worn with several scratches. I understand, if I was the owner it is probably difficult to update when you know others may abuse the furniture. The beds were comfortable. However, whoever was in the condo above us every night around 10:30/11:00 sounded like they were on and off moving heavy furniture. The building and outside were well kept. I felt very safe in the area. I would stay again
