This beautiful and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit sleeps 8 comfortably! This condo overlooks the lagoon pool, lazy river and aquatic garden area. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom both have King beds and their own private bathrooms. There in a bunk alcove that sleeps two, and sleeper sofa in the living room.

Overall Comment

The Property, condo and management was great, location was good other than the walking distance to the beach was more than 6 minutes they claimed, for a family with beach chairs, cooler, kids toys etc it’s a hike with No walking path to the beach from The Grove, maybe it’s not completely ready yet, but walking through all the parking lots to get to the boardwalk and beach was a bit much, we had to rent a golf cart to make the
those trips so much more enjoyable everyday. The pool and lazy river was a bonus on the bad weather days with double red flags.

condo clean and near large pool

Overall Comment

The location of the condo was excellent—it was right next to the pool, which was very convenient. The condo itself was beautifully renovated and exceptionally clean.

However, it was lacking many basic vacation essentials. I understand that you’re expected to bring most of your own supplies, but it didn’t even have simple things like salt and pepper, and the blankets provided were extremely thin. Even after using the extra blankets from the closet, my kids and I were cold every night. If you’re driving, I’d definitely recommend bringing a few extra warm blankets.

Communication from the resort was also disappointing. It was often difficult to reach anyone by phone, and callbacks sometimes took hours. We were never given clear instructions on how to access the beach or where to park. You can’t simply walk to the beach from the condo, and we ended up figuring it out on our own because there was no information provided in the condo and we couldn’t get ahold of the resort. Also, Google Maps directed us to the wrong location, while Waze took us to the correct entrance. It would have been very helpful to know that in advance.

Overall, we had a good vacation, and the pool was large, beautiful, and one of the highlights of our stay. However, because of the lack of amenities and poor communication, we probably wouldn’t choose to stay at this resort again.

family get together

Overall Comment

Brand new Modern building and grounds. Location perfect for access to the meticulously planned out lazy river and pool. Highly recommended and definitely return here on my next visit. Distance to the beach is.5 mile walk and for us carrying chairs and cooler required us to drive but took several walks just to explore and enjoy without sitting on the beach. Once the ongoing construction is complete I imagine they plan on a walkway from the Grove property that reduces the distance and need to use the road.

Newer unit, very nice. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Unit needs afew things, like extra dish towels and garbage bags. All the construction made for a lot of dust, had to clean golf cart daily before use. overall we'd certainly stay here again especially if Topeka keeps having events.

soundwave weekend was a blast!

Everything was very nice. When we arrived, it was very easy to find a way around. Our ground floor condo was perfect for what we needed... a few steps to the grills a few steps to the pool and lazy river. I am hoping to reserve the same unit for our next Soundwave event.
