bumpy start lead to smooth sailing.

Overall Comment

Condo booked 11 months in advanced for a music event. 10 days after making final payment, found out that condo was no longer available. Down graded to 2 bedrooms from a 3. Spoke with property manager and moved into a new unit in the Grove, and back to 3 a bedroom. The day before arrival- was informed that the condo needed to be changed again. After calling again, because we were unsure as to why the 4th change- found out it was due to not receiving its CO. Ended up in an upgraded- 4 bedroom unit- that was gorgeous, but wasn't ready when we arrived for the prepaid early check in. And it's a week later and I was told that was to be refunded, and it still hasn't been. I've already called once, and am still waiting. The unit wasn't ready till after 4pm., and even then it probably wasn't as clean as it would have normally been. Still dust/leftover equipment from the construction (including alcohol mixed in with the cleaning supplies) was left behind. Once we were in, noticed that none of the pool bands were left. After a few more phone calls, bands delivered, along with some vouchers for a local restaurant for the confusion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as we were there for a music event- which was run fantastically! Sadly the pool/lazy river wasn't open, but we were able to use other pools on property., however, the proximity to the music venue was just perfect! Clearly some details are still being worked on as the Grove area is brand new. It wasn't clear where to pick up keys since the keypads weren't working yet on the units door, and it was supposed to have had all of that info emailed- but it never was.
Overall, everyone was friendly, and tried their best to correct things, it was just a bit more stressful than we had hoped for, for arriving.
