nicer than expected but with caveats

Overall Comment

Brand new unit – lots of room – beautiful.
Kitchen poorly appointed. No blender, hand mixer, food processor; a sad collection of knives. No plastic cups.
Master bed&bath is huge; But no dresser. Closet is large, but only enough hangers for one person to hang some clothes. Living out of the suitcase bc there’s nowhere to put things. Plenty of space just not appointed well. Only 1 hook in the bathroom to hang towels, robes, wet bathing suits. You are at the beach – you need multiple places to hang things. There’s plenty of space on the bathroom walls to add this. Bath towels are toddler-sized. Only 1 outlet in the whole bathroom.
Excited to see the coffee maker had everything available to make one pot of coffee upon our check-in... Except coffee filters.
Pool & lazy river beautiful & we saw virtually no one there the week that we stayed. Only 1 pool float for lazy river was provided in our unit for 6 people. Nothing available at the pool. No pool towels available at the pool or in the unit. It’s hard to use a lazy river w/o a float of some sort.

The beds were comfortable; single outlet on the wall. Bring a long charger.

No additional bedding in unit – no comforters, throw blankets; can’t really snuggle up on the couch w/ a blanket or add additional blankets if needed during the night. Loved the reclining couches however only enough comfortable seating for 4. If we had brought 6 like the unit could fit, 2 people would be sitting on very uncomfortable WIRE chairs in the living room.
Outdoor seating 1 small table and 4 very uncomfortable chairs. No furniture on balcony outside of master.
Smaller bdrm had rug underneath bed, would be a great addition to master. Smaller bdrm had a sliding barn-style door to access the bath from the hallway. Great idea, except there was such a large gap between the wall and the door that the girls to shove a towel in the open space in order f

Overall Comment

The rental property is in good condition, very clean and calm, no rush. Once the trees grow up it can have more shaded places
