great location/ challenges with pests

Overall Comment

We loved the decor, the location, and Seascape Resort overall. The condo was beautifully decorated, and the lazy river pool was definitely a favorite. We did drive to the beach because it was a fairly long walk; many guests rented golf carts, which would probably be helpful.
Unfortunately, we had an ongoing issue with roaches during our stay. We saw multiple roaches of different sizes on three or four separate days, which was very unpleasant for me and my daughters. We contacted management several times and asked whether we could be moved, but we were told nothing else was available. Ultimately, they suggested that we purchase pest-control products ourselves and said they would reimburse us. We were disappointed that the issue was not handled more directly, especially while we were on vacation.
There was a lot we genuinely enjoyed about the condo and resort, but because of the pest problem and the way it was addressed, we are unsure whether we would stay in this particular rental again.

the grove

Overall Comment

Our stay at The Grove was great. The condo was perfect for our family. Great location. We really enjoyed the lazy river. It is a good walk to the beach. The only thing is I hope they do plan on making side walks to make it safer to walk to the beach from the condos. I did see they still have a few things under construction. But I do like that they have a parking lot for the guest to park right across the street from the beach. Overall it was a 5 star stay! Will definitely stay there again.

nice condo

Overall Comment

This 1 bedroom with bunks in the hall and 2 baths was nicely done. The only issue was the table with 2 chairs and bank was too large for the family room. It couldn’t be accessed due to the size and the size of the sleeper sofa and love seat. It needs to be replaced with something smaller.

great condo with easy fixable issues!

Overall Comment

Beautiful cozy condo, definitely recommend! Only downside was some of the towels and bed linens had stains and there was more than normal dust in several areas of the condo with a huge pile on top of the refrigerator. Also there was a trash can in one of the closets with trash still in it.
