The unit location was ideal for the concert venue. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It is certainly dated. The ceiling fan in the main area is a bit noisy.

amazing vacation

The condo was just as pretty as the pictures showed. The resort pool and the beach were beautiful. There were a lot of excellent restaurants nearby as well as stores. We really had an amazing stay.

Excellent location- comfortable- porch never gets sun which is very nice mornings and evenings.
Beautiful weather!
Condo could use more cooking supplies and a broom and dustpan...
Other than those small minor inconveniences it was wonderful...

I very much enjoyed our stay but need to speak out about one situation that is unacceptable. The thermostat (Nest brand) is either set on a timer or controlled by the unit owner. We tried setting the temperature to 73 degrees and it kept changing to 75 degrees. The literature provided request us to not put temperature below 72 degrees which we complied with fully and it kept changing. This is unacceptable.

Loved our stay and location. there was a little construction going on the building outside. But should be done by now. workers were very considerate. Condo was great. I think managing rental companies should list suggested items to bring. We know because we have been there a lot.

We love Seascape. We’ve been coming to Destin and staying in Seascape condos for 13 years. We have had older condos in the past, but this condo was updated and great for our family of 5. The pools weren’t as clean as they’ve been in the past but it’s understandable with the volume of people in and out of them daily.

The condo was outstanding clean as a whistle when we checked in everything that we were told about it was true condo is close to everything that we intended to do the beach the pool restaurants my family and I will stay in this one again because it’s so convenient a great vacation experience

We stayed in the beautiful sunshine villa condo. This condo is the perfect size for a small family. The location from the beach is good if you don't have small kids and won't be toting a lot of items to the beach. The first day going to the beach was a struggle, with many, many rest stops in between, so we opted to drive to the beach the next day we decided to go. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the view from the back due to home renovations, but other than that everything else was okay. Our Neighbors were very sweet.
