This is the second time we stay at this same condo same room.Really enjoyed it!Nice and clean,although it would be nice to have more outside furniture,the ice machine on ouside fridge needs to be cleaned it's moldy so we bought bag ice.The beach view is beautiful,pools are amazing.Really liked we got a discount for the umbrealla and chairs on the beach.Would definately reccomed and my to go to condo when in Miarmar

I was not satisfied with my room it only had one chair on balcony and it had mildew on it . The ice machine didn't work on fridge. The beds were hard. I was not happy. but everything else was wonderful. I will pick another one to stay at next time. I won't stay in 2205

I enjoyed for the 1st, staying on the 22nd floor with an absolutely beautiful view of the Gulf of America, so much so, that many times I chose to linger awhile before leaving the view. Needless to say, I took 100's of pictures from my deck. I was alone, so didn't spend too much time in the property. I was disappointed with the communication with management, and had very little contact. My total stay was 4 days, the end of Dec, and all of Jan/Feb. I would consider staying again, except the construction that'll be ongoing in the future, noise etc.

Really enjoy the room Only one section of the pool was heated but it’s no big deal. We were really there for the beach. The property staff was amazing. The restaurant was really good.

We arrived Friday after the office had closed. Upon pulling the covers back to go to sleep I realized they did not change the bedding and they were dirty. The following day housekeeping mgr said they had not been notified and still showed the unit vacant. Needless to say they changed the bedding.
The unit is okay but all of the furniture is old...the wall trim chipped and worn.
The furnace and air conditioning were virtually silent. This was a really big plus for us because I have a hard time sleeping as it is. There was no noise except for when the construction started on Monday. Even with construction during the day, it wasn’t a big deal because of course we were out and about..
Our visit was not during spring break so that may make a huge difference for noise.
The clothing washer worked OK but the dryer did not dry the clothes very well at all.
There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans, but there are no spices whatsoever not even salt or pepper.
The icemaker did not work.
This is a nice area with beautiful beaches and if you’re going for the beach, then this is the place for you.

Love this resort! It is in a great location, perfectly out of the tourist chaos, but not too far if you want to be a tourist as well. The Unit was in good shape and was very clean, however, the appliances do need updating. The freezer and fridge doors were broken and make noises when you open them. The ice maker was a frozen mess, we turned off the ice maker and thawed it out, when we put it back in it froze up again. The water dispenser was cracked and leaked on the floor when you open the door and the water was yellow. The dryer makes a high pitched squeal, but not all of the time. These are not complaints, because these issues did not spoil our vacation, just wanted you all to know.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful view. Kitchen not well stocked with silverware and only 2 coffee cups. Bed not queen! Otherwise, this unit is our favorite one bedroom unit to stay in. Love the Seascape resort. Great location, staff very helpful!

We went for summer Vaca in June. Had a good Experience over all. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Condo is definitely in need of some updating. Especially the dishwasher and dryer. I had to hand wash dishes before we used because nothing looked clean even though they were put i. Dishwasher and had to run Dryer 3X to get things dry. Also some decent pillows and patio furniture would be good start because we enjoy sitting out on patio to look at the Beautiful view of the ocean. Otherwise was clean when we arrived and also had adequate towels, clean and paper products which was Nice because you dont always get that. Pools were Really nice would have liked a hot tub but wasn’t a deal breaker. Went to golf course several time was nice and decently priced.
Over All would stay again!

Overall the stay was nice, the decor and some of the things in the condo are quite outdated. Water in the fridge didn’t work, there was a mismatched top on the trash can and toilet seat. Nothing too big, but it’s pricy so I tend to expect better on these sorts of things.

The condo was very nice and clean all except floors. We had to use shoes while in unit or feet would be black. The tv didn’t work maintenance came to fix and got it on but then I could not get off and I believe it was remote that was the issue. (Maybe batteries...I left note in unit so it would be fixed for next person ) Balcony light was burnt out so maintenance fixed. Maintenance was very nice. The bunk beds or pull out couch bed was not super comfortable but duable. The elevators we not all running so one or two were broke at all times so the elevators were slow getting up and down which is to be expected with so many units in building but would have been a bit better if all were up and running. All and all it was a great stay but thought I would pass along my experiences. We would for sure that there again. The resort was very safe and close to beach and the unit 2205 was a perfect view of beach
