Resort Guest Services Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Checking guests in and out using virtual/technical equipment and in person methods.
• Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
• Verifying guest payment methods during the reservation process and check-in.
• Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered.
• Organizing concierge services for guests at their request.
• Providing guests with information about the resort.
• Keeping abreast of attractions and events that may be of interest to guests.
• Managing guest situations and unique circumstances on a case by case basis.
• Participating in after hours on call rotation and guest services.
• Serving as a host at conferences/events as required, and ensuring that all relevant preparations are made for the event.

Resort Guest Services Representative Requirements:

High school qualification or equivalent.

Previous hospitality or call center experience would be advantageous.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Well-presented and professional appearance.

Competency with Microsoft Office.

Competent with technology programs and apps.

Ability to learn on the job.

Excellent customer service skills.

Must have flexible hours.

Compensation: $14 - $16 starting pay, based on experience.
Full-time: Room for growth and professional development, Benefits after 90 days
