I loved this condo and the location. It has a pond by it and a big area for children to play near the patio. The condo was very clean and nice. The only complaint I had was that the bed's mattress was very hard. What is awesome about this place is that they had a washer and dryer in the condo. Loved that!!!

Was shocked when we first walked in, because the carpet was filthy with dirt and/or pet stains all over. Apparantley, the pet deposit that is being charged to people is not being properly used by the management as far as cleaning goes. The carpets need professionally cleaned or replaced. I feel as if we should receive our $167.25 pet deposit in a refund, because we certainly should not have been charged this. Only one sliding glass door would open also. We were also told there was a porch swing, which it was not. Enjoyed the golf and the restaurant, but will not stay in this particular condo again or probably not at the resort at all.

This was our first time staying in a condo instead of the motel or hotel. The amount of room that this offered was wonderful. The accomodations were good. The view of teh golf course was great. The only suggestion that I would have is to only book children on the bottom floors. We had guests above us that had children and the noise factor was annoying at times.

The overall property, pools, scenery, beach, etc. was beautiful. Destin is a very nice beah to go to. The water is great. I had a very good time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seascape. The condo was in good condition and very cozy. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the golf course. The resort was pet friendly and my dogs loved it. The beach was beautiful and pleasant. It was convenient to have the Whale's Tail restaurant right by to get lunch or drinks without walking too far. We will definately stay again.
