We did love our condo @ seascape, but felt it was a little misleading on the website where it says it's just a short stroll to the beach. Our condo was probably a good mile from the beach which to most people would probably be a short stroll but when you are lugging 2 small children with you & all your beach supplies it would be very tiresome just getting to the beach by walking. They also say they offer trams if you don't want to walk. We were told a tram goes by our condo every 30min or so...we never saw a tram the whole week we stayed there so we just loaded the kids in the car everyday & drove ourselves to the beach. Our condo was very clean & made us feel @ home but.....we were left no extra trash bags except for the bags already in the trash cans & 6 people staying in a condo for 1 week produces alot of trash. We also had only half a roll of toilet paper in master bathroom & one roll of toilet paper in the hall bathroom....we ran out & had to supply our own. We also ran out of paper towels & there was no extra rolls. We loved the deck it was nice & peaceful being in the golf area of seascape but had to watch out for golf balls hitting our condo & deck area. Very nerve racking when my kids were out on the deck. We felt like staying at seascape was well worth our money. It had beautiful scenery & very close to pretty much everything you want on a family vacation.

Seascape Resort is a 300 acre resort that is spread out. Our website does state we are a short stroll to the beach, but that only appears in the Ariel Dunes, Boardwalk and Lafefront sections. I am sorry about any confusion on that.



The tram runs ever Thursday through Monday during the summer season and was running while you were here. It stops at specific locations, but also the drivers will pick up if theyare flagged down.

In vacation rentals, we do supply the first rolls of toilet paper and trash bags, but any the guest do supply more if needed.

I hope we can make your stay better next time.

We had a great time. This condo had everything we needed, however we ran out of clean towels & toilet paper on our last day. I was also under the impression a beach tram would pick us up & drive us to the beach but it turned out we either drove to close by parking lot(which is across the street from the beach). Or we walked. The walk was wonderful for us & also relaxing. The landscaping is gorgeous but is was a difficult walk for my 60 year old mother. Lots to see & do at seascape. Thank you for a wonderful time.
