The unit needs to be updated with the furnishings and furniture. No DVD, the VHS is so old and no one uses VHS anymore. Tv in the loft and bedroom downstairs are small. Sofar bed in the masterbed is so uncomfortable and old. Smell bad. Beddings are so old and smelly. No hangers, hair dryer, telephone, and not enough pots & pans (lids available for pots). No BBQ grill or fan in the balcony. Loft size is small and advertising is misleading. Very unpleasant experience with this unit.

my only complaint is that the rental house says it can sleep 8, but there were only about 6 dinner plates. We purchased 8 reusable plastic plates so everyone could have a large plate. (We had 8 people-2 adults, 6 teens/kids.) The kitchen did not have the greatest selection of dishes, bakewear, etc, but we managed.

We had four adults and two small children and there was plety of room. Everything needed from towels to kitchen appliances was available. Loved the area and the beaches. We walked through the parking lot, across the street and we were at the beach. The free beach chairs and umbrella was a nice plus. Close to shopping and plenty of places to eat from fast food on up. Only negative was the $125.00, plus tax cleaning fee. A deposit is acceptable, but it should be returned if the rooms are left clean. A hotel does not charge a fee to clean and wash towels and sheets.

this iswas our first trip to destin fl ,we knew that we would arrive after hours to check in,so i made a phone call to the seascape resort operator and she was very helpful with the intructions and directions.after we were directed to our room we were very happy with the size of the room.the room location was awesome and all of the ammenities were great.i cant think of the best thing i think the whole experience was excellent we will plan our next vacation at seascape. thanks
