The room (7B) was not adequately cleaned and prepared for our arrival. The guest bathroom had the toilet written on with lipstick. Dirty towels from the previous stay were left hanging on the back of the master bedroom door. Master toilet did not work when we arrived. Drunk spring break kids were not controlled in the early hours of the morning. Car was broken into the last night we were there.
