We are eager for your arrival to Seascape Resort and wanted to make sure that you have everything that you need to make your Destin and Beaches of South Walton Vacation fabulous!

Please make sure that your vacation is paid in full a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival so that we can provide you with your keyless entry code. Once you have paid in full, a final confirmation will be provided.

We highly recommend that you reserve your activities prior to arrival to ensure that you are able to take advantage of premium availability and limited opportunities. Please contact these vendors directly, you will be given an amenity card at check-in that will identify your status as a Seascape Resort guest and allow you to take utilize over $300 a day in potential savings for your vacation!

Directions from the West/I-10

1. Take I-10 to the Crestview/Highway 85 Exit and go south(Right) onto Highway 85.
2. Continue south on Highway 85 until you reach Highway 20 in Niceville, Florida.
3. Go East (Left) onto Highway 20 and continue through Niceville and Bluewater Bay until you reach White Point Road/Mid Bay Bridge.
4. Go South (Right) onto White Point road and continue through the TOLL plaza and over the Mid Bay Bridge into Destin, Florida.
5. Continue on this road until you reach the 2nd Traffic Light which will bring you to Highway 98.
6. Go East (Left) on Highway 98 and continue for 3.5 miles and Seascape Resort will be on the right hand side of the road. Seascape Resort is surrounded by thick wooded brush, so please keep an eye out for our sign.
7. Turn South (Right) into the Resort. There is only a guard at the gate during peak seasons and during day and evening hours. If there is a guard, please let them know that you are checking in at Ariel Dunes. If there is no guard, proceed to the check-in location at Ariel Dunes.
8. Proceed through the guard gate and follow this road past the Golf Course and Driving Range until you come to the first stop sign.
9. Turn East (Left) into the Ariel Dunes complex parking lot.
10. Building I is the building furthest to the East and has a drive-through portico. Building II is the building on the West end of the parking lot.
11. The check-in for the entire Resort regardless of which unit you will be utilizing during your vacation is located in the Ariel Dunes I lobby. Please park your vehicle in a convenient parking space and walk to the drive through portico. The lobby is the double doors on the West (Right) side of the drive through area.
12. Lobby Hours are 9am to 5pm, Seven Days a week throughout the year. Extended lobby hours exist for Spring Break and Peak Summer Dates.

Directions from the East/I-10

1. Take I-10 to the Defuniak Springs/Highway 331 Exit and go south(Right) onto Highway 331.
2. Continue south on Highway 331 through Freeport, Florida and over the 331 Bridge until you reach Highway 98 in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
3. Go West (Right) on Highway 98 and continue for 12 miles and Seascape Resort will be on the left hand side of the road about a quarter mile past the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Seascape Resort is surrounded by thick wooded brush, so please keep an eye out for our sign.
4. Turn South (Left) into the Resort. There is only a guard at the gate during peak seasons and during day and evening hours. If there is a guard, please let them know that you are checking in at Ariel Dunes. If there is no guard, proceed to the check-in location at Ariel Dunes.

Discount Recreation Program | Rental Policies

Staying in a Vacation Rental can be substantially different from a hotel and we want to make sure that you are completely comfortable and prepared for your beach vacation! Bringing a few of the following items can really maximize your vacation budget as well as be time saving and convenient.

1. Beach Towels - Although we provide linens for your common bath use, our towels are not allowed to be used at the pool or beach. Make sure you bring plenty for the family!

2. Laundry Soap/Softener - Every one of the rentals on Seascape Resort has access to a washer and dryer. This means you can pack less than usual for an extended stay because you can choose to wash some of your items. Purchasing these items at the local grocery can be costly and inconvenient.

3. Coffee/Tea/Favorite Beverage - Arriving after a long drive can really make everyone thirsty! All of the utensils are provided, so bring your favorite beverage mix so that you can quickly provide something to drink for everyone. Remember, if you bring coffee - bring a couple filters as well and the condiments you normally enjoy.

4. Paper Towels/Toilet Paper/Tissues - Starter toilet paper rolls are already provided, but you'll need to supply everything else.

5. Sunscreen - Protect your beautiful skin from our gorgeous sun! Especially if you have not had a lot of UV exposure, even on a cloudy day our beaches provide the perfect place for a tan (with proper UV protection) or an uncomfortable sunburn (without protection). Children are especially vulnerable - don't let them out the door without full coverage with an SPF of 30 or higher.

6. Dry Snacks - Popcorn, crackers, chips, dry fruit, etc. really help keep the whining at bay!
